Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

All products sold on this website are digital products, delivered electronically in the form of ZIP files, including but not limited to:

Game models
Character models / skins
3D files, addons, and related digital assets

Due to the nature of digital goods, these products are not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

⚠️ All sales of digital products are final.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

The file has been downloaded
The download link has been accessed or delivered
The product was purchased by mistake
The product is not compatible with the customer’s device, software, or game version
The customer changes their mind after purchase

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked.

3. Exceptions (Limited Support Cases)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The download link is broken and we are unable to provide a working replacement file

In such cases, we will first attempt to:

Provide a replacement file, or
Offer technical support to resolve the issue

A refund will be considered only if no viable solution can be provided.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Carefully reading the product description before purchasing
Verifying file formats (e.g. .zip, .bbmodel, .json, .mcaddon, etc.)
Ensuring compatibility with their game version, platform, and required software

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Incompatible devices or software
Incorrect installation or improper usage by the customer

5. No Physical Shipping

All products are delivered digitally only
No physical items are shipped
Shipping fees, return shipping, or delivery charges do not apply

6. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order and completing payment on our website, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy for Digital Products, and you accept that digital products are non-refundable, except in cases of proven defects caused by us.
